WorldPerks Visa Platinum Card is designed for consumers having good or excellent credit. Purchase APR is modest and highly competitive. Balance transfers and cash advances incur a 3% transaction fee.
On the rewards program, card members earn 10 bonus miles on a first purchase. Eligible purchases earn a mile per $1 spent. Once more than $50,000 has been spent on purchased items, card members earn a mile per $2 spent. Miles earned are allowed to accumulate till whenever the card account becomes inactive. Miles earned are easily redeemed for free flight or combined into a preferred frequent flyers program. Members may qualify for discount purchasing with select merchants and retailers.
Members incur a $55 annual fee and avail of Visa platinum benefits such as travel accident insurance compensating up to $250,000, auto rental insurance, retail protection, purchase protection, and extended warranty on purchases.
