The Visa Gift Card is designed for consumers wishing to give the gift of currency without actually handing over money. The gift card is a secure way of gifting funds. As cash can become lost, a new card can be issued if the card would be lost, resulting in a much safer way of managing gifted money. There is a small fee for replacement cards.
