(4.5 out of 5)The Black Visa Card is designed for consumers having good or excellent credit ratings and a solid history. It's a low interest credit card charging variable purchase APR. New card members will enjoy a short term introductory APR period during which no interest will be charged on balance transfers and cash advance checks. Both transactions will incur a 3% transaction fee.
Purchases and related transactions in currency other than the US$ will attract a 3% currency conversion fee.
Compensating the high annual fee are free gifts from the World's Best Brands, a highly rewarding cash back program, Travel lounge priority pass and a round the clock concierge service. On the cash back program, card members earn 1% cash back on virtually every purchase transaction. Members can redeem cash earned for travel rewards with participating airlines.

- Returned Convenience Check Charge: $29; for Residents of Iowa 5% of the amount of the check, $20 minimum, $50 maximum
- Purchase of money orders, travelers checks, foreign currency, lottery tickets, gambling chips, or wire transfers: 3% of the amount of the purchase, $10 minimum, no maximum.
- Currency Conversion Charge: 3% of the U.S. Dollar amount.
