The USA Optimum Gold Credit Card is a limited card that gives its members a rare opportunity to build credit rating without the risks accompanying full fledged credit cards.
Members receive a copy of this card for a account set up fee. A monthly participation fee is applicable. Using the internet, members can refer to the card account round the clock. Online account management makes it very easy to monitor card spending and charges incurred.
Members are highly restricted on where to use their cards with the USA Credit website one of few spending options. No purchase APR is charged. A feature for balance transfer is not included.
Applicants must be above 18 years of age and have a monthly household income in excess of $800. The issuers report to all 3 major bureaus.
