Prepaid Visa RushCard is designed for card members who plan to take advantage of benefits brought about by a visa powered debit card.
Applicants only need to present a valid U.S Social Security number or Government issued ID. On verification of identity, the applicant is issued this card for a $19.95 application fee.
Direct deposits are used to increase spending power. Options for direct deposit are PayPal, and cash at collecting outlets. Members do not incur interest on purchases and there is no monthly participation fee. Identity theft and unauthorized transactions incur no liability to the card member.
Online account management and automatic bill pay are extra benefits for greater control of the card account. A mobile alerts feature informs the account owner within seconds of a transaction.
