The Purple Diamond Prepaid Visa Rushcard is a prepaid Visa card for US residents with a valid social security number. The card is a low fees prepaid card offering numerous deposit options including cash, check, direct deposits, money order, and PayPal. It charges a $9.95 monthly maintenance fee. New cardholders also incur a one-time $3 activation fee. ATM withdrawals within the US incur a $2.50 charge with two monthly withdrawals free. International ATM withdrawals cost $2.50. ATM Balance Inquiries cost $0.50 at domestic or international locations.
The online account center contains monthly statements updated regularly. Cardholders may choose to order paper statements for a $1 fee. Cardholders may also use the Bill Pay feature to pay bills with thousands of billers in the US. Visa's Zero Liability Identity Theft protection policy adds an extra layer of protection to cardholders who purchase over the internet.
