The Black Diamond Prepaid Visa Rushcard is one prepaid visa card that could serve numerous purposes to the average consumer. It's wide range of deposit options including cash, direct deposit, PayPal, tax refund, check, and money order make it a favorite card to remain liquid and save for the rainy day. The card holds a maximum load of $1,000 by cash deposit and $5,000 by direct deposit.
Cardholders incur a $9.95 monthly maintenance fee, while new signups are charged a $3 activation fee. ATM transactions domestic and internationals are: $0.50 and $1 per balance inquiry, $2.50 per withdrawal (two free withdrawals per year).
An online account management interface is available and cardholders have access to free monthly statements. Cardholders can sign up for the Rush Bill Pay service for a $2 fee.
The Rushcard is available on the Visa network with millions of accepting terminals, and retailers.
