Pr1macard Elite Prepaid MasterCard is issued by Palm Desert National Bank. It's the ideal card for individuals unable to get an unsecure credit card. Card members do not bother about gaining acceptance due to their credit rating. There is no interest rates, and monthly repayment to worry about. Approval is almost 100% guaranteed once the applicants' identity is verified. Newly accepted members are charged a $12.95 activation fee.
Card members pay a slight monthly maintenance fee.
Online account access helps card members check card related expenses. Online bill pay is an interactive feature to assist members who want to pay their bills in a more convenient way. Frequent shoppers will enjoy discounts with various participating departmental stores.
