The Platinum Zero Secured Visa Card is a secured credit card for individuals with below average credit. By taking advantage of the cards features (no APR on purchases and credit bureau reporting), cardholders can seek to develop better credit worthiness ratings over time.
Visa provides zero fraud liability covering all cardholders to ensure those who fall victim to fraud and unauthorized transactions are not liable. Another card feature known as Personal ID Theft protection is also provided at no extra cost.
This card does not charge an application fee. You simply open an account by depositing a sum into the FDIC insured account. Deposit amounts equal your credit limit. To increase your credit limit you can increase your deposited amount to a maximum $5,000.
