Platinum Delta SkyMiles Credit Card is a low interest credit card for those consumers having good credit. An introductory APR period applies towards balance transfers throughout a long term period. To qualify for this period, the card member must initiate balance transfer during the application process.
On the travel rewards program, card members earn a mile on virtually every purchase. The first purchase earns 20,000 bonus miles. Everyday purchases including those at Delta Airlines, and the U.S. Postal Service earn double miles. With enough miles earned, card members redeem a free flight ticket or may use miles to discount ticket purchase. Other reward options are cash, merchandise and gift certificates. Miles earned expire after 2 years.
Card members pay a $135 annual fee.
Online account management, automatic bill payment, zero fraud liability, travel and auto rental insurance are some card benefits. Card members are allowed to order additional cards for family and friends.
