Like most credit unions the bank is owned by members and run by a volunteer board of directors. The current Chairman of the Board is James F. Quinn. The board meets monthly to make any necessary changes and discusses the general welfare of the company. With over 14 billon dollars in assets it is one of the strongest financial institutions in the United States.
