The Obopay Family Prepaid MasterCard is the ideal prepaid card for family. It gives you the full benefit of a plastic card with no interest rate and sign up fees. You do not require a good credit score to gain acceptance; because it's a prepaid debit card your financial status (credit score) is not taken into consideration. Just identify yourself by providing relevant documents and your application should gain acceptance. Once accepted you'll have to wait a period of up to 7 days to receive the card. Activating a card is done by mobile phone or online through a secure website.
The card has no minimum balance. It charges a $1.95 monthly account fee per card. Each card account is allowed up to 3 personalized cards for family members. Millions of merchants spread out in over 200 countries will accept MasterCard debit cards.
