New Millennium Bank Secured Gold Visa Card is a credit card designed for young adults and other individuals in need of building a solid history and improved credit ratings over time. It is a secured credit card charging fixed but highly competitive interest rates.
Cardholders do not avail of cash or points based reward system but still enjoy numerous benefits unavailable on competing secure cards. A travel accident insurance program provides up to $100,000 as compensation in event of accidental dismemberment. Auto rental insurance is applicable to rental cars purchased at participating car rental companies. Additional benefits include extended warranty on purchases, and emergency cash/card replacement.
An annual fee is applicable. Approval is 100% guaranteed, as applicants are not considered based on credit worthiness. Using this card as a tool to rebuilding and improving credit worthiness over time becomes very easy as the issuing bank reports to the three major credit bureaus.
A downside of this card is the absence of a grace period.
