Discover Open Road Card is designed for consumers having excellent credit. It's a low interest credit card offering an introductory APR period applied towards purchases, and balance transfers over a long term period.
Card members are entitled to cash back bonus on virtually every purchase. Grocery items purchased with a certain period earn 2% cash back. Members first $100 on gas and auto maintenance for each month earn 5% cash back. Everyday purchases earn a minimum 1%. Cash earned do not expire and there's no yearly limit applicable.
Complete fraud protection provides extra security to the card account. Members are given advanced warnings on fraud. When purchasing items online, a special account number may be used by card members in order to conceal the actual credit card number. Dedicated fraud specialists help card members in event of fraud and identity theft.
