Barclays Bank Delaware Card Offers

As one of the top 10 issuers of Visa and MasterCard credit cards in the United States, Barclays Bank Delaware boasts a rich customer base for a financial institution incorporated only in June 2000. Founded as Juniper Bank by a group of individuals mostly making up past-time executives of First USA Bank, the bank received its first round of funding from Benchmark Capital. The bank commenced its operations mostly concentrating in banking services like checking and savings accounts, credit and debit cards, and online bill pay with full online integration into its services. In 2004, the bank's core investors sold to Barclays Bank PLC, a British based financial conglomerate. Richard Vague, a former CEO at First USA Bank and Jim Stewart, a former President at same bank are still considered to be amongst the founding fathers of Juniper Bank now known as Barclays Bank Delaware.
